Prayer Requests Presently there are 57 CPPS priest, 8 brothers, 6 diocesan priests and 8 lay residents for a total of 79 living at St. Charles. 23 of the priests are in the Merlini Hall (Infirmary), the others live in the main building seen on the home page. Most priests and brothers are in retirement but still active, going out for parish masses, confessions and other ministries. In lent and advent times as many over 20 help out in local parish on a given day. Suffering which comes with aging is an important form of prayer as priests and brothers spend their declining years in retirement. The foundation of ora et labora, pray and work, applies to form our prayer community. It is a privilege for each priest to celebrate Mass daily. Brothers and priests make their prayer centered particularly on the Blood of Christ. We wish to be attentive to your prayer needs and invite you to submit your prayer intentions. We will place your names and intentions on our prayer list outside of the chapel. Our prayer is our gift to you. No solicitation response will be directed to you.
